Duty Manager

Overview:

We are looking for a Duty Manager to join our management team and assist in delivering the daily operation of the Pickaquoy Centre to the highest possible standard.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the ideal candidate should have previous operational and supervisory experience, and experience of working in the sport and leisure industry, but we’re open to talking to you about the experience you can bring to the role.

The role requires an individual that can be a leader as well as a team player. You must have excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills with the ability to motivate a team using a positive and supportive approach.

Customer Services Advisor

Three permanent contracts are available:

  • 2 x 21 hours per week - the number of hours contracted can be adjusted to suit candidate availability (full time hours may be a possibility, please contact us to discuss). 
  • 1 x Casual hours 

Overview:

As the first point of contact for Picky, we are looking for someone that has an enthusiasm for providing an excellent level of customer service. You will be able to work as part of a team and independently, using your initiative to help customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.  Previous customer support experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

The ideal candidate for this role will be able to offer a range of availability across weekdays and weekends, which includes early mornings and late finishes. However, we take a flexible approach to employment and are open to talking to you about the availability you can offer.
